My Account

Can an order be placed without creating an online account?

Yes, you can place an order without creating an online account. However, we strongly recommend you to create an online account at Lemiché Online Store to be able to track your order and verify your orders history at any time.

Can the delivery and billing addresses be different?

Yes. Please indicate your preferred billing address and delivery address in the corresponding sections at your checkout.

Problems signing into your account?

Please check that the Email address and your password are correct and not misspelled. In case you have forgotten your password, please click "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions provided.

What kind of payment methods are available?

Currently we accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

What is the availability of the products?

All our garments are made locally in Spain in exclusive small productions using only locally sourced materials (except special foreign textiles) accordingly to the orders placed. Due to the limited availability of the rare traditional foreign textiles, that are the key of our designs, all our products come only in a very limited quantities and cannot be reproduced once the serie is sold out. 

How to select the right size?

Please follow our "Size Guide", which you can find on each product´s page, to select the right size for you. We strongly recommend to verify your personal measurements with great care in order to avoid possible problems with the fit of our garments.

How to place an order?

You can place an order simply by selecting the size (and color, if available) of the item you would like to purchase and adding it to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting and placing all the desired items into your cart, proceed to checkout for payment.

How long it takes to fulfill an order?

Due to the very limited availability of the rare textiles that we use in our collections, every garment is specially made upon your order in the size you desire. We do everything possible to fulfill your order as soon as possible, which can take up to maximum of 15 working days. 

Is it possible to change or cancel an order once it is placed?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel your order once it is placed, as we start to process it almost immediately. However, once received, you can return your order according to our Returns Policy.

If you would like to exchange a garment for a different size, please place a new order selecting the new size that you prefer. Please be aware, that all our products come in a very limited series and might be sold out before you decide to order it in another size.

What are the delivery times?

Once your order is fulfilled, which can take up to maximum of 3 working days, delivery times will depend on your location:

Europe

4-6 days

Rest of the world

4-10 days (depends on your location)

*IMPORTANT: be advised that unexpected delays might occur due to the customs proceedings, which unfortunately we are not able to control

What are the delivery costs?

We try to choose the best delivery option for your order in terms of costs, speed and security and the costs are calculated upon your checkout depending on your location. On average, the shipping costs are:

Can an order be tracked?

Yes. Upon placing your order you will receive the tracking number and the corresponding courier link in the e-mail confirming your order. 

Returns and Refund

Can an order be returned?

Yes. However, the returns will be accepted only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  • any returns should be made within 14 days after you receive your order;
  • the shipping costs and any other related costs (such as import and customs fees, etc.) for the returned order are not covered and will be carried on your own account;
  • all the products should be intact, unused and not damaged;
  • all the products should have all the original labels attached;
  • all the products should be returned only in our original packaging.

How to return an order?

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to return it, please proceed to our Returns Center and follow the instructions to return the item.

How long does it take to receive a refund for an order returned?

Once your returned order reaches us, which sometimes can take up to 10 working days depending on the courier, we will process it as soon as possible and send you a confirmation via e-mail to your registered address. After this date, within maximum of 14 working days we will send you the refund for you order, including taxes and excluding shipping costs. We will proceed to make that reimbursement using the same means of payment employed by you for the initial transaction.
